RECLAMI

Any complaint or request for clarification shall be sent by-email to online@unpunto.it.
Un Punto shall answer to such requests within 2 working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale contract without any penalty and without having to provide motivation at the latest within 15 working days from the delivery/receipt of the item purchased (proof that the order was received is the date on the delivery note). To exercise the right of withdrawal the Customer is required to inform Un Punto of his/her decision by sending an explicit statement to online@unpunto.it or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to: Un Punto in via Luigi Rizzo 40, 25125 – Brescia (Italy).
In this statement the Customer has to specify his/her will to withdraw from the contract, the purchase order reference and the item on which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. A model withdrawal form is available here.
The Customer shall also be required to return the item concerned at the latest within 15 working days from the receipt (as for the deadline, the item shall be deemed to be returned at the time of being taken over by the carrier commissioned to deliver it).
The integrity and good condition of the returned product constitutes an essential requirement for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Un Punto reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, modified in any way or damaged by detergents/additives or by the Customer’s malpractice.
The item shall be returned in its original package, or in any case adequately packaged and/or protected, together with a copy of the received delivery note.
The Customer shall bear the costs of returning an item. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions established and all the conditions have been fulfilled, Un Punto shall:
– reimburse the Customer free of charge
– by bank transfer or by crediting a PayPal account as in the initial purchase transaction
– as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days from the date of the receipt of the notification of withdrawal The amount of reimbursement is equivalent to the cost of the item at the time of its purchase, not including shipping expenses.
If the terms and conditions are not correctly complied with, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund. He/She will nonetheless be able to have the returned item back, in the conditions in which Un Punto received it, bearing the shipping costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As above, in order to be returned and reimbursed, the Un Punto item must be handled with care; it cannot be used, worn (if not for trying it on), altered or modified in any way – let alone cleaned or washed not following the instructions on the label.
That understood, any request for returns and refunds shall be sent and substantiated by e-mail to online@unpunto.it, at the latest within 15 working days from the receipt of the item purchased.
Un Punto shall answer to such requests within 2 working days, analysing the problems which have arisen and outlining the procedures to be followed by the Customer in order to return the item. The item concerned shall be returned to Un Punto in its original package, or in any case adequately packaged and/or protected, together with a copy of the received delivery note, at the latest within 15 working days from its receipt. Once received the item and verified its integrity and good condition, Un Punto shall send a notification attesting the acceptance of the withdrawal within 10 working days. Consequently, within 30 working days, Un Punto shall reimburse the Customer free of charge by bank transfer or by crediting a PayPal account as in the initial purchase transaction. The amount of reimbursement is equivalent to the cost of the item at the time of its purchase, not including shipping expenses. The Customer shall bear the costs of returning an item.

EXCHANGES

As above, in order to be and changed, the Un Punto item must be handled with care; it cannot be used, worn (if not for trying it on), altered or modified in any way – let alone cleaned or washed not following the instructions on the label; also, the item cannot be a customized product or a product made upon Customers’ order.
That understood, any request for returns and refunds shall be sent and substantiated by e mail to online@unpunto.it, at the latest within 15 working days from the receipt of the item purchased.
Un Punto shall answer to such requests within 2 working days, analysing the problems which have arisen and outlining the procedures to be followed by the Customer in order to return the item.
The item concerned shall be returned to Un Punto in its original package, or in any case adequately packaged and/or protected, together with a copy of the received delivery note, at the latest within 15 working days from its receipt.
Once received the item and verified its integrity and good condition, Un Punto shall send a notification attesting the acceptance of the exchange within 10 working days.
Consequently, within 30 working days, Un Punto shall dispatch the replacement product, when one is available.
Un Punto shall bear the costs of dispatching the replacement product, while the Customer shall bear the costs of the returned item.
If the terms and conditions are not correctly complied with, the Customer will not be entitled to an exchange.
He/She will nonetheless be able to have the returned item back, in the conditions in which Un Punto received it, bearing the shipping costs.
